Strategic Planning Across Academic Units

The USC Strategic Vision challenges our schools and units to use the document as a framework for developing and implementing their own strategic plans, with inter-school initiatives being overseen by the Office of the Provost. The schools are best situated to devise specific ways to move forward. At the same time, achieving the new vision requires a higher level of collaboration and connection among them. The annual academic planning process will ensure plans are aligned to the Strategic Vision, and charge university-wide units with the goal of developing cross-university programs.
Below are the current strategic plans that have been developed by our schools and units to date. Other schools are in the process of creating their plans.
